SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

NEZ Championship 4th round for Crosskart August 23-24 2019 Hyvinkää, Finland.

The race is organized in accordance to the NEZ Competition regulations.

3. Participants:

All drivers with national license from NEZ countries can participate and is responsible to have insurance in license or separate. Drivers from other countries can participate, they must have valid license issued by their country ASN.

Mini 85cc 125cc 250cc 650cc

Xtreme

Senior (+40)

In accordance with the NEZ crosskart technical regulations 2019.

6. Registration:

6.1. Registration must be provided to Hyvinkään Urheiluautoilijat ry no later than Sunday, August 18th 2019.

7. Registration fee:

7.1. Mini 50 Euro

7.2. 85cc, 125cc, 250cc, 650cc, Senior, Xtreme and Xtrem junior 100 Euro

7.3. Late registration fee (later than Sunday August 18th ) +extra 50 Euro

Payment at the administrative checking. Cash €, MobilePay and card payment is allowed.

8. Electricity in paddock:

Electricity is available for a fee of 20 Euro per weekend.

9. Race cancellation:

10. Environment:

10.1. In accordance with Crosskart NEZ Championship Competition regulations 2019. Waste is to be left by the trash cans in the paddock. Everything brought to the race must be taken home again. Liquid collector and tarpaulin must be under the participant’s vehicles while in paddock.

10.2. Each team should have at least one 6kg fire extinguisher at their paddock place.

11. Running of the event:

11.1. The event is implemented in accordance with Crosskart NEZ Championship Competition regulations 2019. Starting order for the qualification heats and finals is as follows: Mini, 85cc, 125cc, Senior +40, 250cc, 650cc, Xtreme junior and Xtreme.

11.2. The qualifying heats run 3 laps while the finals run 5 laps.

11.3. Class: Mini drives 3 laps (finals 5 laps) on a special racetrack.

12. Start:

12.1. In Accordance to Crosskart NEZ Championship Competition regulations 2019, section 18.

12.2. The start light turns from nothing to green.

13. Racetrack: 1450 meters tarmac and gravel.

Prize giving ceremony 30 minutes after preliminary result publication on official notice board.

15. Results:

Results list is posted after completed qualifying heat session on the official notice board in the paddock.

16. Prizes:

Award ceremony takes place 30 minutes after the results list determination. Prizes, according to Crosskart NEZ Championship Competition regulations 2019.

17. Liability:

The race participant does so at his own responsibility and own risk.

AKK, organizers or officials cannot - without cause - be held responsible for injury or damage to property during the competition afflicting participants.

18. Miscellaneous:

Each participant may bring 2 mechanics/helpers – free of charge.

Others pay full entrance.

Bicycles and electric mopeds are not allowed on the paddock

Any other motorized vehicles in the race territory/paddock area is forbidden. Max area of the paddock per participant 78 square meters (e.g. 13m x 6m) At arrival, please wait for chief paddock to refer parking space in paddock.

19. Accomndation:

Organizer has made an agreement with Hotel Scandic Hyvinkää.
